School Board Displays
One important piece of educating and advocating in our district was the creation of the School Board Displays which will be ongoing and permanent to remind our trustees of the importance of art education.
I have been a Junior High/Middle School Teacher for 25 years. Thanks to a grant from the California Department of Education, I am woking as a Teacher on Special Assignment in our school district to oversee the spending of these arts monies, provide professsional development for teachers in art, and to facilitate the creation of a Three Year Plan for Arts Education in our district.
